With the 2005 Tour starting on Saturday in Fromentine, France everyone has been asking and discussing if Lance can do it. Can he win #7 at almost 34 years of age. There was a great article in today's Boston Globe written Bonnie DeSimone. He has been busy traveling back and forth over the Atlantic seeing the kids, visiting with Sheryl, and doing work for his foundation...and probably did slack a bit in his pre-season training, but the excerpt below shows that he knew he had to buckle down and get the job done.

After a bee sting last week Lance lost control of the bike and took a tumble over the handle bars that left him with some road rash and a nice black eye, but he's fine and says he can't wait to roll down the platform Saturday. Here we go!
