In honor of 4th of July weekend, and the Red Sox mid-week visit here to Philly, Kel and I decided to invest in some decorative bunting for the front porch. Looks like Opening Day at Fenway!
Oh, and when I say "invest in", I'm not joking! $25 bucks a piece for each of those! They're really good quality ones so I'm hoping they'll last a long time. Plus they'll only be up for a short time each year. Maybe over Memorial Day Weekend and then again on the 4th?
I had to drive around most of the greater Philadelphia metro region just to find these. Most every hardware store and home center carries the 3' wide bunting but I could only find a few with the 6' variety in stock...and that had 4 of them ready for me to purchase.
