So Miss Riley's birth story couldn't be any more different than Miss Julia's. Heck, even the way she was convienved was different! I'll spare you all the details this time around, but it was all a very hectic blur on the morning of March 21. Everything from speeding to the hospital and running red lights to the epidural that didn't really work, the placenta having a small rupture [read lots and lots of blood!], and the ambilical cord being wrapped around her neck, twice! It was a bit of a bumpy ride, but she made it and we couldn't be happier!
Below are a series of photos from our first few days together at the hospital:
It was so cool when Nana brought J to meet her sister for the very first time! She's the one how called her Rye-yay, and then Ry-Ry. So cute!
Ready to head home...this time as a family of 4!
We're adjusting to life with 2 now and enjoying every second of it...even with the lack of quality sleep!
More and more photos to come in the next few weeks!
